Beets & Pineapple
                     
                    Ingredients
                    
                      2 tbsp brown sugar 
                      1 tbsp corn starch 
                      1/4 tsp salt 
                      1 cup pineapple tidbits 
                      1 tbsp butter 
                      1 tbsp lemon juice 
                      1 lb can of beets, slice & drain
  
                     
 
                     
                    
                      
                    Preparation
                    
                      Combine brown sugar, corn starch and salt in pan. Stir in the 
                      pineapple with syrup. Cook, stir constantly until it bubbles. Add 
                      butter, lemon juice and beets. Cook for about 5 minutes. Randy Rigg
