Banana Soft Serve

 

Ingredients

2 ripe, frozen bananas
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp sugar



 

Preparation

In a food processor, combine frozen bananas with remaining
ingredients. Using a steel blade, process until smooth. Divide into 4
individual serving bowls and serve right away. "As rich as ice cream
and as smooth as frozen custard, this dessert is a real prize."

Each serving provides 109 calories, 4 g protein, 3 g fat, 18 g
carboydrate, 39 mg sodium, 10 mg cholesteral.
