Banana Daiquiri 2
Ingredients
1 whole banana -- cut-up
1 1/2 oz light rum
1 1/2 oz banana liqueur
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp superfine sugar
6 ice cubes
2 slice banana
Preparation
Place banana, rum, banana liqueur, lemon juice, sugar and ice cubes
in food processor or blender. Process until ice is crushed and banana
is smooth.
Pour into 2 stemmed glasses. Garnish each with banana slice.
