Baked Apples (Syd)

 

Ingredients

1 red cooking apple
1 brown sugar
1 cinnamon
1 butter



 

Preparation

Remove the core from each apple leaving a bottom in each apple. Make a
mixture of the brown sugar and butter. Fill each apple with the
mixture. Pre-heat oven to 325øF. Bake apples on a rimmed cookie sheet
for 45-60 minutes or until apples are done. Sprinkle each apple with
cinnamon and serve. For microwave, cook for 5-10 minutes. From: Syd's
