Aunt Clarabelle's Pineapple Cream Pie
Ingredients
1 pie shell, 9, baked (deep dish)
2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp cornstarch, heaping
1 tbsp flour, heaping
1 pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
16 oz pineapple, crushed, drained
Preparation
Combine everything except the vanilla and pineapple and cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from the heat
and add the pineapple and vanilla. Pour into the shell after cooling
slightly.
