Apricot-Pecan Loaf

 

Ingredients

2 cup flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2 tbsp cooking oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped



 

Preparation

Apricot-Pecan Loaf

Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt. Add egg,
oil, & apricot nectar & blend well. Add apricots & pecans. Put into
greased loaf pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool & slice.

10 servings.
