Chicken Italian
Ingredients
1 to 3 to 3 1/2 lb whole frying chick, en, skinned (
1 skinned chicken breasts)
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp oregano
2 tbsp dry white wine

If using whole chicken, cut chicken in half. Blend marinade of all the
remaining ingredients. Soak chicken for 10 minutes. Bake in greased
pan @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4.
