3 shallots
1 tbsp minced parsley
2 tbsp wine vinegar
5 tbsp salad oil
2 cup red beans, cooked, cold
1 salt & pepper to taste
Chop shallots fine, including tops. Add parsley, vinegar, and oil and
season to taste. Pour over beans and pack in jars.
