Missing Egg Sandwich Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 lb firm tofu, mashed
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
1 tbsp pickle relish
1 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp each ground cumin, turmeric
1 and garlic powder
1 pinch of salt
Recipe Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve on whole wheat
bread with tomato and lettuce.
