South Seas Kahlua
Ingredients
2 oz instant coffee
3 1/2 cup sugar
2 1/4 cup brandy
1 vanilla bean -- cut in half
Preparation
Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in
brandy. Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal
and let age for at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
