1/2 lb cocktail frankfurters, cut in half
SAUCE
1/4 cup bourbon
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp tomato preserves
Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add
the frankfurters, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Transfer to a chafing dish and have toothpicks nearby. Makes 36
