Rum Truffle
Ingredients
1/2 oz dark rum
1/4 oz creme de cocoa
1/4 oz hazelnut liqueur
1 generous portion of chocolate ice c, ream
1 whipped cream
Preparation
Preparation : Put all ingredients, except whipped cream, in a
blender. Whip up. Serve in a brandy snifter with the whipped cream on
top.
