Power Smoothie
Ingredients
1 carton plain low-fat yogurt (8 oz)
1/2 banana
1/2 cup strawberries and/or peaches
1/2 cup juice (orange, cranberry, apple, et, c.)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
