Peach Ice Tea Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 regular tea bags
3 tsp peach syrup, such as monin =or=-
3 tsp mango syrup, davinci or torani
1 sugar to taste
1 (sugar sub)
Recipe Preparation
Brew tea. Let cool. Add flavoring. Add ice. Sweeten to taste.

Foods containing allyl sulfides are also good for weight loss, so should be included in every diet.
