Recipe Ingredients
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup cooked mashed potatoes
1 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Recipe Preparation
1. In large bowl, mix together first 6 ingredients and set aside.
2. In med bowl, whisk together potatoes, buttermilk, and melted
butter. A

needed
