Berry Colada Punch Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 can 15-oz. cream of coconut
1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
3 cup pineapple juice, chilled
3 cup club soda, chilled
1 cup rum, optional
Recipe Preparation
Process strawberries and cream of coconut in a blender until smooth;
pour into a pitcher or large bowl. Stir in pineapple juice, club soda
and, if desired, rum. Serve over crushed ice. Yield 2.1/2 quarts.
