Beer Bread #1 Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

1 from: ncbk03b
3 cup self-rising flour*
3 tbsp sugar
12 oz warm beer.

Recipe Preparation

Place in a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. * Or
regular flour, 3 & half tsp. baking powder, and 1 & half tsp. salt
This is the only simple recipe I know and it happens to be the one
you want. I think this is one of the only breads you can't mess up on.

* Understand the food labels Watch out for the food label that proclaims 'low carb' - check the actual nutritional information on the reverse of the tin or package. A good number of are only marginally decreased and in some instances still higher than a competitors standard brand. Also, beware of 'low sugar' and 'low fat' labels - 'low sugar' does not always mean 'low carb' - usually the carbs are identically the same.

Foods high in flavonoids
(inlcudes olive oil, broccoli, soy and tea)

The nutrients known as flavonoids discovered in these types of food are thought to have properties in preventing cancer.
Experts investigating the medical effects of flavonoids think they also have most other health benefits, including antiviral and antioxidant properties.
Most are also good for weight loss, so you should add them to your diet system.
