Tofu Spread Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp tapioca
1/2 lb tofu
1/4 cup cashews
3 tbsp pimento, optional
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp onion powder
3/4 tsp salt
Recipe Preparation
Blend all ingredients till smooth. Bring to a boil & simmer gently,
stirring, for 5 to 10 minutes or until the toapioca is clear. Chill.
Use as a dip or as a spread on bread or crackers.
