Spicy Artichoke Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can (14-oz.) artichoke hearts, drained,, chopped
1 can (4-oz.) chopped green chilies, drai, ned
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp green onion slices
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
Recipe Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and
tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25
minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes.
Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.
Makes 2 cups.
