Rosy Caraway Cheese Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
8 oz low-fat cream cheese - at room temp, erature
1 tbsp butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 large shallot, minced
4 tsp caraway seeds
4 tsp paprika
4 tsp capers, drained
GARNISH
2 tbsp chopped chives
Recipe Preparation
In a food processor or a bowl, combine all ingredients except capers.
Process or mix until very well blended. Add capers and blend in for a
few seconds. Chill. Best if made several days ahead.
Serve in a bowl, sprinkled with chives. Pumpernickel, black bread or
other dark breads go well with this.
