Strawberry Sauce Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 1/2 lb strawberries,washed & hulled
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Recipe Preparation
1. Place strawberries in a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non- metallic
bowl. Pour sugar on top and stir to mix thoroughly. 2. Heat,
uncovered, in Microwave Oven 5 minutes. Stir. 3. Heat, uncovered, an
additional 5 minutes in Microwave Oven. 4. Add lemon juice and stir
to mix thoroughly. 5. Cool before serving. Makes 2 1/2 cups
