1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1. The cream, a small bowl, and beaters should be thoroughly chilled
before starting.
2. Beat cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form.
3. Blend in sugar and vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Do Not
Overbeat!
