1/2 cup maple syrup
4 each egg yolks
1 salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup pecanse, chopped
Heat syrup and pour over egg yolks. Cool, add salt, vanilla and
whipped cream. Beat thoroughly and freeze.
