Hot Sweet Mustard
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup mustard, prepared
2 oz 'hot' horseradish
1 tbsp mustard, dijon
1 tbsp tabasco
1 tbsp wine, sherry, bourbon, etc.
1/2 tbsp cayenne
1/3 cup sugar, brown
Preparation
Mix thoroughly, allow to stand at least 4 hours. Excellent on hot
beer type sausages. Fairly hot, but not a killer!
