Honey Walnut Ice-Cream
Ingredients
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk, scalded
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp walnut flavoring
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup water
1 cup honey
Preparation
Combine egg yolks, milk, salt, water, and honey. Chill. Add flavoring
and cream. Cook over hot water until mixture coats a spoon. Pour
into freezer. Freeze. 8 servings. The Household Searchlight
