Heavenly Fudge Sauce

 

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 cup sugar
4 oz semi sweet chocolate
12 oz evaporated milk



 

Preparation

Melt butter in pan over low heat. Drop in chocolate squares and allow
to melt. Add sugar a little at a time and stir to mix after each
addition. Slowly stir in evaporated milk. Heat just until warm. Sauce
thickens when it cools. Serve cool over ice cream or cake. Makes
about 1 quart.
