Graham Bavarian
Ingredients
1 tsp gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
2 tbsp sugar
2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 few grains salt
Preparation
Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar
and salt. Mix thoroughly. Cool until partially set. Beat until
light and fluffy. Fold in stiffly whipped cream, crumbs, and
flavoring. Pour into molds. Chill 12 servings.
