Gingered Hippolyta
Ingredients
3 medium pears, very ripe, seeds & - stems r, emoved
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small sliver, ginger
Preparation
Cut the pears into small chunks. Put in a blender with the lemon
juice & ginger. Blend thoroughly at medium speed. Pour into dessert
bowls & serve immediately.. Otherwise, cover the dessert bowls
tightly & store in the refrigerator. Will keep for 3 to 5 days.
