Crickets

 

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup land o lakes butter, soften
1 cup diced toasted almonds
1 cup chocolate covered raisins



 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except almonds and raisins in large mixer
bowl. Beat 1 minute at medium speed or mixer. Stir in almonds and
raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie
sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Deborah Zurrow
