Cranberry Fool

 

Ingredients

16 oz can of jellied cranberry sau
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 tsp almond extract
1 cup heavy gream, whipped -or-
1 8 ounces cool whip



 

Preparation

Mix together the first three ingredients with a wisk or fork. Add
whipped cream or cool whip. Fill parfait or dessert dishes. Chill
until set. Garnish with whipped cream and orange slice. May also be
used at room temperature as a fruit dip. From "Make It Better with
