Coconut Cake Filling (Mildred Hartley)
Ingredients
1 each coconut, large *
1 salt, pinch
1 pt milk, sweet
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp flour, heaping
Preparation
* coconut should be split, peeled, and grated. Milk should be added to
coconut milk to make 1 pint.
