Cocoanut Cake
Ingredients
3 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
4 each egg whites
1 1/2 cup sugar, white
1 cup cocoanut
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon flavoring
Preparation
Cream butter and sugar. Add cocoanut, flour, sifted with baking
powder and salt, alternately with water. Fold in whites last. Note:
