Apple-Nut Pound Cake Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 each eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cup oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cup diced apples
3 cup flour
1 cup walnuts
2 cup sugar
Recipe Preparation
Beat eggs. Add oil, vanilla & dry ingredients. Fold in apples &
walnuts. Bake in greased & floured tube pan at 350 for 1 1/4 hrs.
