Frankfurter Casserole Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 1/4 cup bean & bacon soup, undiluted
1 1/4 cup water
2 cup all-meat frankurter, cut 1/2 slices
1 onion, chopped finely
1 green onions, chopped finely
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tbsp prepared mustard
1 cup ready-mix type biscuits
Recipe Preparation
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients except biscuits. Boil
gently 5 minutes. Put about 3/4 cup mixture into each of 8
individual baking dishes and top each with biscuit. (NOT ME!! I hate
doing dishes!!) Bake until golden brown (about 20 minutes). Serve at
once, Food Exchange per serving: 1 STARCH/BREAD EXCHANGE + 2 FAT
EXCHANGES + 1 MEAT EXCHANGE + 1 VEGETABLE EXCHANGE

Dieting made easyOne useful tip is to drink plenty of water. From time to time at some stage in a hectic morning, you guess that you want a snack but in fact you might just need a refreshing glass of water or orange squash. The feelings of needing food and needing a drink are quite similar, but one of the two can lead to a broken diet and the other is ok.
Some low carb diet guidlines:
* Use soya flour or baking mix. When you have to use flour for baked goods, substitute soy flour or a baking mix such as Atkins soy baking mix. Most of the time, you may convert your most popular recipes that use standard wheat flour to use these alternatives.
* It is possible to make wonderful smoothies by using low carbohydrate yogurt. I know, you can't really describe it as cooking, but if you really want smoothies you can make perfectly acceptable alternatives by using low carbohydrate yogurt and fruit. Clearly, you will need to ensure you only make use of fruit that is low in carbs and use the whole fruit as you need the fiber.
