Crockpot Smothered Steak Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 1/2 lb chuck steak, strips
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 large onion, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 oz mushrooms, drained
1 can tomatoes, (16 ounces)
Recipe Preparation
Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir well to cook
steak.Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours,
or high for four hours. Serve on noodles or potatoes.
