Barbecue Green Beans Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 slice bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 cup fresh green beans or - canned and d, rained
1 tsp seasoned salt, or to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
Recipe Preparation
Cook bacon until crisp in a heavy skillet. Drain on paper towels,
crumble and set aside. Saute onion and garlic in drippings.
Combine beans, bacon, onions, garlic, seasonings and barbecue sauce
in a lightly greased crockpot. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on
high for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings for $2.60.

Dieting made easyOne useful tip is to drink plenty of water. From time to time at some stage in a hectic morning, you guess that you want a snack but in fact you might just need a refreshing glass of water or orange squash. * Don't skip meals Most reduced carb recipes are, errmm.., low in carbs. Your body must have energy, and carbs are a fast acting energy source. A reduced carbohydrate diet needs more care in managing your energy intake, as any energy given by protein and fat is much slower acting.

These colorful plants contain carotenes thought by many to play a role in helping stop cancer, specifically those cancers involving the lungs and stomach. Most are also low in calories, so are ideal for including in your diet.
