Non-Sweet Minted Middle Eastern Buttermilk Sh
Ingredients
1 a handful of ice cubes
1 cup fresh buttermilk
1 pinch of salt
1 fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Procedure: Combine ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until ice
is dissolved. Presentation: Serve in a tall mug, garnished with more
fresh mint. Yield: Makes one serving, 70 calories.
