Recipe Ingredients
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cup sugar
3 1/2 cup flour, sifted
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 can pumpkin
2/3 cup water
1 tsp ground nutmeg
2/3 cup pecans, coarsely chopped
1 egg
Recipe Preparation
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into well-greased loaf pans. Bake
1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire
rack before wrapping. This may be frozen. From my friend Fay Carrico
