Chicken Cacciatore Meatballs

 

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar chicken tonight cooking



 

Preparation

-Sauce for Chicken Cacciatore
Hot, cooked spaghetti

In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground chicken, bread crumbs,
Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Form into 1
1/2" meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all
sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add sauce. Simmer, covered, 20 to
25 minutes or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked. Serve over hot,
cooked spaghetti.
