Chicken Cacciatore Boboli

 

Ingredients

1 large 12 or
4 small 6 boboli italian bread shells
1/4 oz pk boboli pizza sauce pouch for eac, h small shell or
5 oz pk for large shell
5 oz chicken, cook, dice
2 oz green bell peppers, diced
1 oz fresh mushrooms, chopped
1/2 oz onions, minced
4 oz mozzarella, shredded



 

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese and shell in a bowl. Spread
mixture on shell. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 450~ for 12-15
