Buffalo Chicken Wings (Kikkoman) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
30 chicken drumettes, or... chicken wings - (ti
3 tbsp kikkoman lite soy sauce
2 tbsp tabasco pepper sauce
LIGHT ONION DIP
3/4 cup light sour cream
2 tbsp minced green onions
1 tsp kikkoman lite soy sauce
Recipe Preparation
Rinse chicken and pat dry; place in large plastic bag with mixture of
lite soy sauce and pepper sauce. Press air out of bag; close top
securely. Refrigerate 15 minutes, turning bag over occasionally.
Reserving marinade, place chicken, side by side, on large rack on
foil-lined baking sheet. Bake in 425 F. oven 25 minutes. Turn chicken
over, baste with reserved marinade and bake 25 minutes longer. Serve
with Light Onion Dip.
LIGHT ONION DIP: Blend 3/4 cup light sour cream, 2 Tbsp. minced green
onions and 1 teaspoon Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce.
Makes 4 to 6 appetizer servings.

Dieting tipsIn deciding on a meal plan, it is essential to also make sure you cut down your ingestion of refined carbohydrate, fat and salt.

* Know what is in your food Be sceptical of advertizing that claims to be 'low carb' - check the nutritional information figures on the back of the tin or package. Of course, you will need to ensure you only make use of fruit that is low in carbs and use the whole of the fruit as you need the fiber.
