Broccoli & Chicken Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boned,
1 skinned, and halved
2 boxes frozen broccoli,
1 cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chicken broth (not enough to
1 make it runny)
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella,
1 swiss, etc.)
1 combine 1 cup bread crumbs
1 and 1 tablespoon melted
1 butter
Recipe Preparation
4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and halved Bake at 350 degrees for
30-45 minutes, or cook another way.
Place cooked chicken on top of: 2 boxes frozen broccoli, cooked
Combine the following and pour over broccoli and chicken: 1 can cream
of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup chicken broth (not
enough to make it runny) 1/2 cup mayo 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/2 cup
shredded cheese (mozzarella, swiss, etc.)
Combine 1 cup bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle
on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
