Cheesy Country Spam Puff Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
6 slice white bread, torn into small pieces
1 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp spicy mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 can spam luncheon meat, cubed (12 oz)
2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divi, ded
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Recipe Preparation
Heat oven to 375'F. In large mixing bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs,
mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. With electric mixer, beat at
medium speed 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in SPAM, 1 cup shredded
Cheddar cheese, and onion. Pour into greased 12x8" baking dish. Bake
25 minutes. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack
cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10
minutes before serving.
