Recipe Ingredients
DRESSING
3 tbsp cheese, roquefort or
3 tbsp cheese, bleu
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp wine, port
Recipe Preparation
Dressing: =========
Warm the ingredients gently until softened then mix the
ingredients with a whisk.
Makes enough for two salads.
