Ingredients
1 1/8 cup water
3 tbsp raisins,seedless
1 1/2 egg beaters
1 1/2 tbsp apple juice,concentrate
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp gluten
1/3 cup buckwheat flour,whole-groat
3 cup whole-wheat flour
2 tsp yeast
Preparation
NOTES : 63.2 cal\oz. Process the raisins and water in
food processor before inserting into machine. Rises
