Beef Loaf Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Milk
1 Egg,beaten
1/4 cup Celery,finely chopped
1 tbsp Worcesershire sauce
1/4 tsp Ground pepper
3 Slices white bread
1/2 cup Sweet red wine
1/4 cup Onion,finely chopped
1/4 cup Catsup
2 tsp Salt
Recipe Preparation
Heat oven to 350'. Mix all ingredients. Spread in ungreased loaf pan,
9x5x3 inches. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
Servings: 6
