2 cup carrots, sliced thin
1 cup celery, thin sliced
3/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 large onion, diced
1/2 cup barley
1/4 chopped parsley
beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp catsup
Layer in crock pot: Vegetables and
1 cup water. DO NOT STIR. Cook on low 1
above.
