Beef And Vegetables Over Noodles Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
12 oz Round steak, 1/2" thick strip
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 cup Broccoli, flowerets & stems
1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
1 Onion, small,sliced
4 tbsp Beef broth
3 tbsp Reduced-fat sour cream
12 oz Wide egg noodles, cooked
Recipe Preparation
Brown meat in oil in large nonstick skillet, 2-3 minutes. Add salt and
pepper. Remove meat. Add broccoli, mushrooms and onion to skillet. Add
broth as needed to prevent sticking; cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes. Add
beef; heat through. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve over
noodles.
