Recipe Ingredients
1 lb Stew or fondue beef, cut into 1" cubes
2 tbsp Curry powder
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup Molasses
1/4 cup Tomato sauce
1 qt orange juice Salt & pepper to taste, (or more)
3 tbsp Oil
Recipe Preparation
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and
continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer
about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed.
A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking. Serve with
rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
