Kidney Bean Spread

 

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup kidney beans, cooked
1 each garlic clove
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1/2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp fresh cilantro or parsley



 

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or
